Approaching housing estates as sites where futures are negotiated, this table examines how demolition, maintenance, and transformation shape living conditions.
Through filmic inquiry, sociotechnical analysis, and design research, housing is treated as a long-term commitment shaped by obsolescence narratives, regulation, and everyday care. It foregrounds demolition’s consequences and traces pathways of adaptation and open regeneration.
