AldayJover Architecture and Landscape is an internationally recognized firm that has pioneered the design of flood-adapted public spaces and buildings, earning the European Award for Public Space in 2001. Since then, riparian parks with sophisticated water strategies have followed. Projects such as the Water Park of Zaragoza, Aranzadi Park in Pamplona, and the Fluvial Strategy for the Metropolitan Forest (Zone 4) in Madrid have recently received the CSCAE Urbanism Award 2025 and a Holcim Award Europe (2025).

The studio designs public spaces that integrate mobility infrastructure, including the Tramway Line 1 in Zaragoza and the Green Diagonal Park in Barcelona above the tunneled high-speed train. At the building scale, projects such as the urban integration and reconceptualization of a Power Plant into a Video Art Center demonstrate innovation through new architectural typologies. AldayJover works to integrate flood protection infrastructure and reimagine urbanism to better align with local water cycles. The firm has delivered new sports facilities, theaters, collective housing, public spaces, and urban furniture, and has retrofitted or restored existing structures such as the Mill Cultural Center.

Ongoing projects include the Green Diagonal Park of Barcelona (Sagrera Park, with RCR & West-8), the Metropolitan Forest of Madrid (Zone 4), the Besòs River Mouth Park in Barcelona (with Landlab and Aquatica Ingenieria), and the Rio Piedras Headquarters in Puerto Rico. Their monograph, Cities and Rivers: Selected Works and Projects (ACTAR, 2023), documents the breadth of their work, reflecting a commitment to resilient urbanism and the integration of architecture, landscape, and infrastructure.
