Through the screening of the documentary Outside In and a discussion afterwards, it explores the relationship between architecture, human health, culture, and the natural world. Centered on biophilic design, the film questions what happens when we disconnect ourselves from nature and retreat into environments of steel and glass. Bringing together perspectives from design, science, and health, the session invites participants to reflect on how architecture can support well-being and foster a more meaningful ecological coexistence.
