Stage 2
Territorial infrastructure is explored as a long-term spatial framework where landscape, ecology, and governance intersect.
Drawing on large-scale planning and landscape research, the discussion addresses how hydrological, ecological, agricultural, and spatial infrastructures organize territories over time. Infrastructure is framed not as a technical system but as a cultural and political project shaping territorial transformation, environmental responsibility, and collective life.
