Stage 1
This session explores two architectural practices shaped by locally grounded cultural and environmental conditions. Rather than departing from universal abstraction, architecture is discussed as a situated practice deeply rooted on each location.
Material choice unfolds from cultural, climatic, and economic purposes; activating unexpected forms of air ventilation, shaded thresholds, spatial appropriation, and aesthetical experience.
