Earthen Processes: From Material Culture to Computational Performance
Language: English
Simultaneous Translation: No
Earth is examined here as cultural archive, experimental medium, and performative system. Bioregional material libraries and 1:1 prototypes map local waste streams into constructive recipes; clay, traced through gesture and fire, reveals embodied knowledge and temporal cycles; computationally optimized 3D-printed walls reformulate thermal assessment to validate heterogeneous geometries. Together, these works reposition earthen construction as measurable, culturally grounded, and technologically adaptive practice.
