Founded in 2012, Plan Común (Paris and Santiago) develops strategies to enhance and strengthen public and collective space through research, design, building, and critical discourse. The studio adopts a strategic approach to briefs and commissions, questioning and transforming spatial hierarchies and uses.

It is led by partners:
Felipe De Ferrari (b. 1983) is an architect (Universidad Católica de Chile, 2010) and co-founder of OnArchitecture, an online audiovisual archive, in 2012. He co-curated the Conference Program 2020–2022 for the Lisbon Architecture Trienal and Garagem Sul | Exposições de Arquitetura, CCB. He has taught at MARQ UC since 2020.

Kim Courrèges (b. 1984) is an architect (Marne-la-Vallée Architecture School, France, 2010) and holds a Maitrise in Mathematics and Computer Science from Paris 7 University (2005). She has worked with Eric Lapierre (2010–2011), Estudio America (2012), Pezo von Ellrichshausen (2012–2013), Roberto Gutierrez (2013–2014), and Elemental (2014–2015). She has taught at ENSA Paris Est (2017–2018) and ENSA Versailles (2022–).

Nissim Haguenauer (b. 1982) is an architect (Marne-la-Vallée Architecture School, France) and founder of Gare du Nord (2010). Since 2017, he has coordinated the Grand Lilas project, transforming a 19th-century military fort into a metropolitan hub for Grand Paris. He taught at ENSA Paris Est (2014–2018) and holds a Master in Real Estate Management from Essec Business School.

Marcelo Cox (b. 1987) is an architect (Universidad Católica de Chile) with a Master in Advanced Studies in Architecture from ETSAB-UPC. He collaborated with Plan Común (2012–2015) and with Vora Arquitectura (2020–2021). He is the author of Ora et labora. La invención de la intimidad (Puente Editores, 2022) and has taught at MARQ UC since 2023.
