The housing crisis has become a classic, an endemic pathology, an old song to which we still fail to provide a definitive answer. Meanwhile, at the local level, public administrations have made an effort to experiment with new housing paradigms that move beyond the conventions of the traditional family structure, upon which, even in 2026, the majority of the housing stock continues to be built.
Most of these developments are located in the metropolitan area of an already dense and saturated city, which practically has no remaining available land.
From the Llobregat to the Besòs, two axes are proposed to explain the same idea: the right to decent and affordable housing.

Accessibility: Easy route suitable for most people. It includes short walking sections, mainly flat and paved, although some areas may have reduced accessibility.

Ticket purchase is exclusively reserved for individuals holding a valid Congress pass. Each accredited attendee may purchase up to three tickets: one for personal use and a maximum of two for guests (guests are not required to hold a Congress pass).
Tickets are personal and non-transferable, and are valid only for the selected date and time. Changes, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted.
Participants are advised to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity; late arrival may result in being unable to join the visit.

Final stop: The buses on the afternoon routes will also make a final stop at Tres Xemeneies site in Sant Adrià de Besòs.
